IGN's Joshua Yehl shares his thoughts on the new DC film in this review of The Flash. The Scarlet Speedster Barry Allen (Ezra Miller) uses time travel to attempt to save the life of his mother and clear his father's name, but he winds up in an alternate timeline where he meets a younger version of himself, a new Bruce Wayne aka Batman (Michael Keaton) different from his DCEU Batman (Ben Affleck), and Kara Zor-El aka Supergirl (Sasha Calle), and they must team up to stop the invading General Zod (Michael Shannon) from Man of Steel. Does The Flash run circles around the competition or does it fail to reach the finish line? Check out our The Flash movie review to find out!

Unnecessarily long Batman sequence?! It's NECESSARY and the best part of the film!
-
Love the scene where Flash kidnapped that family’s little girl and was on the run from police
-
There’s no such thing as to long Batman action sequences. That’s like saying John Wick’s action sequences are too long.
-
Let me guess a 7? Edit: it was actually a 7 💀
-
Ezra Miller is such an impressive actor. You almost believe he's not a piece of garbage human being when seeing him.

Welcome to IGN; If its not a 8/10, its a 7/10. Movies or games. Since 2016.
-
Loved the scene where Flash was in a bar and threw a chair at someone. Also the scene where Flash broke into a random couple's home was great...
-
IGN helps me finally understand why Kevin Samuels never allowed women to rate themselves a 7.
-
They gave Captain Marvel 8.3 while Spiderverse an 8. That's ign for you
-
Love the scene where flash said to supergirl " yea, definitely not young enough"
-
It's so nice for Batman to let the Flash come into his third Batman film 😁
-
Let's be honest folks, you already knew they'd drop another 7
-
That scene where he broke into someones house to steal alcohol. Truly a cinematic masterpiece 🙏💯😭
-
Yes, its that score. Save the suspense
-
can we get a 7/10 tally for the year that IGN has given out?
-
You already know the score… It’s IGN
-
Remember....ign gave ww84 an 8 out of 10
-
Ben Affleck is just amazing as Batman.
-
Warner were probably just relieved to get this movie across the finish line. Now if they want to do more, they can think of finding someone to replace the difficult Ezra Miller.
