  • I'm looking to improve on the designs (animation / overall drawings) for the next videos. Was there something appealing about the rough and amateurish drawings that drew you in or was it more so the content that kept you watching this video? Please let me know!
  • I thought this was a multi million view video, this was absolutely amazing, this needs to blow up I’m genuinely in love
  • this man just summarized essentially all self help videos into one straight forward, step by step, easily digestible package. i've already begun something like this in the past few months but this has given me a better framework to stand on. if you're reading this, thanks a lot man.

I was on the edge of unaliving myself, and my friends just said let's try going to the gym at last what can you lose? I have been going to the gym for the last 2 years met my girlfriend and once again felt alive and recovered from my sickness. I learned how important my family is to me. I stopped playing video games I started working in a company and managed to do a clean diet.

I don't know how the algorithm picked this video for me, but I can't tell you how much I needed to hear this. I won't drown my comment with a sbb story nobody wants to hear, but truly thank you for this.
  • @snipyplays
I was about to click off when I heard better help. Happy to hear it was a joke 😂

  • @Relic_MC

If any women are watching this who struggle with consistency, don’t forget we have a hormonal cycle every month that affects our energy, motivations, and whole brain! Try doing consistency aligned with your cycle, monthly, based on how you feel each week/phase of your cycle. Ex: Follicular/ovulation - focus on high energy tasks like gym, starting new projects, socializing, traveling. Luteal/menstrual - focus on low energy like skincare, easy healthy meals, finishing up projects, resting, reading, etc.
  • feels weird seeing so many random pieces of what i’ve been working on thrown together, mucho relato😂

damn brother. i clicked on this video without any notice to the view or subscriber count, and when i checked, i thought you had 301k not 301 subcribers lmao. this is a really well done video and based on it i'm sure you'll gain a good amount of success in the days to come. Keep going

I absolutely LOVE that YouTube is recommending me smaller channels all the time now. Dang! So much quality in here and your story is truly inspiring. Cheering you on to a million subs man. You deserve it. Instant sub. (Current sub count 120) Ps one of your best decisions was defo starting a YouTube channel. Not many make it to the first video stage. I think you'll do amazing.
  • As someone who LIVED this 'process' already and came out of anxiety/fear/depression I can ONLY say: YES! This is a good guide, lovely drawn (I mean it) and accurate. Especially the last step, taking a walk every day was a complete gamechanger for me. I also tried a lot of things during this 'exploration time' I gave myself. Such as drawing or singing. Both were super fun, both helped me a lot, but neither sticked to me 'til today. It was part of the process and thats absolutely fine. Wish you lots of love and good luck on your journey :)

I'm currently struggling right now and this video helped calm me down. Thank you, internet stranger. I hope your health continues to do better.

There is no self-improvement without self-acceptance. Protrayed beautifully in this video. I'm exactly in that phase where things are getting back to normal and I lack direction so definitely got something from this video.
  • @fromant65
This video is pure gold. Literally everything I've learned that is crucial about self improvement, condensed in a 7 minutes audiovisual format. So many things to pick up in a short amount of time The advice I liked the most is that about being a friend of myself. Such a powerful concept
  • @kianr2200
