  • The fundamentals of health are diet/microbiome, sleep and aerobic exercise. The best way to optimize sleep is to measure it. Home based EEG devices like Dreem ( The Quantified Scientist YouTube) or Muse S are the best way to measure sleep but Muse S doesn't have an AI report that measures sleep. DeepMind can do it and help humanity.
