All debates at ay level should not have to be negotiated by both sides of the aisle as to what questions ca or cannot be asked. Every question should be on the table. If you choose to not answer the question and talk about anything not pertaining to said question, cut their microphone off. Then the other participant will receive two qquestions in a row. There will be no live audience, just the moderators. The questions will be sealed until the evening of the debate. Let's see how knowlegable these candidates are for wanting to begin or continue to serve the American people.
