Join me as we dive into the exciting debut of Perth's newest addition to its rail network, the C series train. Since its eagerly awaited launch on April 8, 2024, the C series train, with set 130 leading the charge, has been making waves as it takes over the Mandurah/Joondalup lines, signaling a new era of modern transportation in Western Australia.

Crafted between 2022 and 2029 by the renowned French company Alstom, the C series trains boast state-of-the-art technology and design, promising passengers a superior travel experience. With plans to retire the aging A series trains, which have faithfully served for over three decades, the C series steps in to rejuvenate Perth's rail infrastructure.

One notable feature of the C series is its smooth ride, offering commuters a comfortable journey. Equipped with six doors on each carriage, accessibility and efficiency are at the forefront of this innovative design. While there were door issues and station announcements from Perth to Whitfords, but should be fixed soon.

As the C series train sets its sights on transforming Perth's public transportation landscape, we eagerly anticipate the positive impact it will have on commuting convenience, reliability, and sustainability. With the c series you have to wait until the train has came to a stop before you can press the door button I think has computer programs to stop the door while moving
