THIS IS SO UNBELIEVABLE. Jaden's VA came back after so MANY YEARS... Maybe now we can get the Yami Yugi vs Jaden duel we wanted for a long time. Still this duel was so epic seeing the back and forth like that!

Now I wish there had been more classroom scenes in GX, would've been hilarious to see the anime try to describe cost and effect before PSCT.

Scripted Duels are genuinely my favourite part of YuGiOh these days. I love seeing the love for older characters. The nods to fans are always nice, too

Jaden truly got his game on in this duel. It's great to see his VA back in action and in a live duel for the very first time. Now we need him and Dan Green to finally get the duel they never had as Yugi and Jaden. It'd also be cool to see Kite take on Kaiba. Blue Eyes vs. Galaxy Eyes.

Its really awesome to see Matthew Labyorteaux doing a live duel. I remember during a panel, Greg Abbey mentioned how hard it was for them to get him back to voice Jaden for Bonds Beyond Time.

Bro the mats, the sleeves, the meta cards from over the years showing why destiny draw doesn’t have to discard from Dimond dude was amazing, DPE and seeing the new hero cards I was bouncing around the room loosing my shit over how good this duel was!

I freaking love the tidbits about game mechanics. Really feels like they’re trying to open up the current game to the more casual audience. Also there’s just something special about Aster explaining the intricacies of copying effects and PSCT lol

I find it hilarious that Aster was so shocked by a fusion trap card, considering that destiny heroes were one of the first decks to get one.

It’s so cool to finally have Jaden in a live action duel for once. Never knew who the actor was or what he looked like. Glad it wasn’t duelists from the classic series again because we need new characters to play off of. I hope we get to see a Jaden versus Zane duel in the future.
