    As a left-hander who plays r.handed I, ve found this a really useful lesson; I,de been wondering how to strengthen the r.hand [which for me is the weaker] and this is perfect practice for me . Thank-you

    One of the (many) problems that I seem to have is that my pick almost always seems to move between my thumb & forefinger, quite often I am still holding it but the tapered end of my oval shaped pick is between my thumb & forefinger, and I am barely even gripping it! Could it possibly be that I do not have a firm enough grip on my pick?
