    Also, be careful with any food materials from Temu. It may be ceramic but it doesn't mean the ceramic is compliant with UK law (could have higher levels of lead etc). Used every day with hot water, and you'll have those chemicals migrating into your drink and end up consuming them.

    Hi Carly I don’t comment much on posts as an older women this is all new to me But as a mum and nana I’ve loved every minute of looking after my kids/ grandkids just want to say how I love the pride you have with your home & kids you put so much into everything you do your kids are so lucky to have you it’s the hardest job ever but so rewarding I’ve been the same in the past & now the benefits for me is I have an amazing son daughter grandchildren all their friends who adore me & are so good to me so what you put into your children sure shows when they become parents themselves here’s wishing all you wish for yourself x

    For the coffee - you can make it frappé style. Add cold water and ice cubes to the cup (a protein shaker style one or one with a lid), add coffee granules and syrup/sugar, pop lid on then shaaaaaaaaaaake. Add milk and done! ☕ 🧊 Also works with cocoa powder to make an iced mocha.
