I'm seriously blown away when I watch videos like those. Thanks, ladies, for all the hard work and love you put into your hair. It's so empowering and inspiring! 🖤

Brad knowing the Black girl lingo lol “bust down” is sending meeee 😂 Brad is FOR THE GIRLIES!!!
-
Thank you for the compliments 😊I’m glad I have your stamp of approval, Brad! I’d love to try the product you suggested. 🫶🏾

I feel like the silicone is exactly the reason why Black people started loving Chi. It helps the hair lay flatter without feeling too heavy and seems to leave a really nice shine and protection behind after the silk press; that "coating" you mentioned. The downside is too much of it will leave your hair really weighed down and oily. But Black people don't typically have to worry about oiliness and build up as quickly especially type 4 hair hence why we can normally go longer between washings too. I'd imagine a "coating" on someone's hair who has to wash it off everyday would seem unnecessary but for us it helps that silk press stay silky a little longer. They're also easily available at the drug store unlike a lot of other brands and relatively affordable for your average person. Especially if you use it sparingly.

Brad can I just say. I don’t even watch these videos for the silk press. I watch because NO ONE appreciates a black woman’s hair like you do! Thank you so much for reminding the world there is beauty in us too!

Silk presses are literally the MOST satisfying thing on this planet.

I LOVE how you LOVE black women's hair!! you're AWESOME Brad!

Honestly knowing it's really bright in the room makes SO MUCH SENSE NOW

Wow - that 1st lady has incredibly long hair! It looked so sleek and silky after the straighteners! All amazing jobs! I wish I could get my hair that straight!
-
When Brad said “that is a 30 inch BUST DOWN” that’s how you know he’s a real one 😂🙌🏽
-
I’ve literally only watched the first girl and ran to the comments. Hahaha as a straight hair girly I cannot comprehend how it is possible to get those curls. It is so beautiful! I wish I had curly hair.
-
Ok, that First Lady was GORGEOUS! And her hair was amazing. I would watch her do anything.
-
Brad thank you for giving attention to black women's hair. I think it's very fascinating on how very versatile their hair is and I love it ❤❤❤❤❤❤
-
Every time I watch Brad reacting to black hair videos (or just curly hair in general) it makes me want to post a video yme doing my own silk press just so I can hope he'll react to it 😂 😅😭❤

Chi is literally the best for black hair, it allows us to get super straight hair without high heat and minimal damage

Brad-"That is a 30 inch buss down!" I love him!!! Love your fascination and willingness to learn more about textured hair! Would love to see you do a reaction to natural hair wash-n-go videos!! ☺

I love looking at natural black hairstyles. Every year I hope that it will be trending again. The last girl's hair was amazing!

The fact that the lady in the first video had the patience to even straighten it out is so impressive. Mine is mid back straighten out, and it is a pain to do it myself 😅
