I also delve a little into the book "The GAP and the GAIN" and how it helped me to measure my success in a new way. Rather than comparing myself to some imaginary perfect goal or success situation, I learned to measure my success backwards. This shift in perspective allowed me to see all the progress I had made and motivated me to keep going.

    Thank you for sharing these mindsets, Stan! I love the "I get to" with exercise, because if you tell yourself, "I have to go for a run," it feels like some outside authority has imposed this "should" upon you. Your inner toddler rebels, and all you can think is, "I don't wanna!" 😭 But as soon as you say, "I get to go for a run," your mind immediately thinks of all the people who truly can't do that, and you switch right over to gratitude.     Thank Allah S.W.T then Thank you I just now prayed to him to give guidance so I understand my problem and then definitely your youtube learning opportunity helped me to change my mindset I have the same exact situation as you from senior highschool until now nearly a decade I even gone to a therapist but it seems that gave the fruits of your journey pealed for me and it's simple and logical after you explaned having gratitude and posative mind was always the answer it's logical because anxiaty of task complexity and perfectionism was the block always thank you from now on I heavily focus on gratitude towards Allah S.W.T journal count my blessings and take everything as a learning opportunity Thank you again for this video I will pray for you
