Imagine how awkward it would be to get evicted from there

I can't believe that I finally found the place to hide from Zombie Apocalypse

I am from China. My wife and I toured this building this afternoon and met a nice lady and she even invited us to her condo unit. We chatted for a while and took some pictures. Her name is June and I found her in this video :) . Best wishes to people living in Whittier.

Jeez. Talk about inspiration for a Stephen King styled suspense horror.

My neighbors houses are 20 feet away or more on all sides, and they still annoy me to no end.

I was there today. April 2, 2016. I thought this building was a hotel. I was intrigued. The surrounding site were stunning but the town is in off season, so it was all shut down and a little creepy. so came back to my hotel in Anchorage and YouTubed it. To get there the sites where totally stunning. Then you drive thru a 2.5 mile tunnel one way only that is shared with the train also. Speed limit 25 mph. They change directions every 1/2 hr. Interesting day

Out of curiosity I looked up Whittier, Alaska, then I sat here and thought about what if I moved all the way from Pensacola FL to Whittier, Alaska, then I said to myself what is the odds of me or anyone else from Pensacola moving to a town that's 10 times smaller than here, then boom the first person on the video moved from Pensacola, Florida to Whittier. 😂🤣 how ironic is that?!?!

  • i love it a whole town in a building neighbors helping each other living clean air nature everything simple the only problem food is insanely expensive in Alaska everything is expensive but i admire the folks living there nothing wrong with freedom.

So if I forgot my homework, the teacher will make me run on home to get it? Since it's connected 😅😂

I'm really liking this ! In a region that's mostly wilderness this is working. People can see past the small quirks that we all seem to have and are able to see people for their qualities. 💙 It's works because I lived this way, once🌷

You made my heart happy .... Thank you
