👉 Ingredients:
- Cookies/400 g (14 oz)
- Peanuts/200 g (7 oz)
- Sugar/50 g (1/4 cup)
- Milk/150 ml (1/2 cup)
- Butter/150 g (~3/4 cup)
- Coconut/40 g (1/2 cup)
- Milk chocolate/200 g (7 oz)
- Baking pan size/20cm × 20cm (8x8 in)
- Melt the second part of the chocolate and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Pour over the sponge cake layers, reserving about 2 tablespoons for decoration.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

I like this recipe very much. However being Coeliac with a peanut allergy too, I will substitute gluten free biscuits and cashews. I'm sure it will work well.
