Question: When you talk about the sun beating down on you at around mark 24:00, do you mean the sun is coming through the moon roof shade or through the windows? We are really thinking about this car but we live in Hawaii and scared of the panoramic roof with just the fabric shade.

I really enjoy this channel and I've been binge watching your videos. I do not own an EV and based on your videos, I'm not going to own one any time soon. The cars themselves are amazing. The network of charging stations seems adequate. But in my mind, the technology to charge these cars is not yet ready for market for the average consumer. I drive a Ram 3500 with diesel. I fill up and I can drive up to 500 miles, but typically it's less than that. But it's easy to do. I don't even think about it. The amount of mental gymnastics and life adjustment required to take one of these EV cars on a road trip is insane. "How long will it take to charge", "What is the temperature of the charge outlet", "Precondition the battery", "Pray to the gods that the charger actually works today" etc etc etc.

All the EV’s I’ve seen tend to stay within the 200 mile ballpark unless it’s something crazy like the Lucid Air or Hummer EV. Even Rivian and Lightning did not make 300 miles on a charge. To me I want 325-375 miles of real world range so that is sadly not a reality yet.

Seems to me that when the charging system drops down to "Trickle" (8kw) you can call the batteries "full" by default. Nobody is going to sit around for 2 hrs to get a full charge from 94% unless they are in bed. Call it "a 6% overnight reserve" that we didn't include in our test. Paint dries faster than this Volvo charges. And nobody likes to watch paint dry. Bad on Volvo.

The lease deals on these are freaking terrible!! My local dealerships want $5K down and $1200 a month!! They are also asking for $10K over MSRP!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

volvo is rubbish im with volvo 40 yrs my xc60 started playing up from 2 yrs constant by dealer as its under warranty please go with anything else keep away from volvo
