Hi l been eating scotch eggs for more years than l like to remember, so on with my rant you should only cook your eggs for between four or four a half minutes, that way you’re going to achieve the perfect yolk😜 👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧

Our favorites for the air fryer are brussel sprouts (only way I like them) and chicken thighs. With some tweaking I've managed to make decent croissants.

Once cooked how long can you refrigerate for? Can you freeze them? Thx

I was expecting the eggs to be soft cooked in the Air Fryer first. More fiddly but less water usage.
  • Got to question your definition of "rapid boil" judging by how still the water was in your pan. And do you keep it at "rapid boil" or turn off? No explanation was given.

Add some cheese and it will be PERFECT!
  • @mels6057
    Deep fried is definitely better
