I remember watching these videos back in eight grade for biology. Now I’m in my freshman year of college rewatching them for my first anatomy exam on my way to becoming a nurse ❤️😂

Who's here in 2024 because studying is boring so you watch this instead
  • @ToxicPea
It's funny how the Amoeba sisters have only one person talking in their videos. Does that mean the second sister is non-existent, or does she edit? Either way, the content is very helpful.

Literally no one: Pinky: "Have you ever been sitting in class and thought to yourself "I wonder what my skin cells are doing right now at this very moment'"
  • I am already in med school and these videos help me review some basic concepts. I am very thankful to our chemistry teacher in my 1st year college who introduced you to us

“You are bigger than you were when you were 5” 4 year olds: Am I a joke to you?
  • My nephew had a brain injury last year and his doctor told us some of her neurons had “died." I beleive he was referring to the fact that he had lost brain cells in effect to the incident and will, more than likely, not get his neuron cells in return as easily. After watching this video from 7:57 to the end, I now understand what his doctor is referring to. Thank you for this video, Ameoba Sisters. Keep doing what you do.

For the past year, I've been struggling so much with biology to the point where I just gave up on the subject. But your videos are A LIFE SAVER! I honestly never understood my teacher in class but that was until I came across your videos. Thank you so much.

I am a graduating CS, studying biology for fun, and you are a great teacher. Thank you so much.
