6 years ago, I played the Lifelines album on repeat while I got clean from mth completely cold turkey. One thing I would do, is lock myself in my room with a pot of coffee and headphones and do super slow yoga to your album. It helped in many ways. I breathed that album like it was oxygen and manifested my new life. I was 30 days clean when I got pregnant with my son. He starts kindergarten in the fall, and he's never had to know mommy while she was high or using. I know that I'm the one who did it, but your music connected to something deep in my soul. Thank you.

I almost cried damn it, Brian walked through the tunnel of insecurities. He sees his reflection and embraces his imperfections. He beat his demons and does what he loves, singing out a message to people.

This video actually made sense. He got stuck inside his mind and his escape was his music 🥺. Well Brian your music is our escape too man.

This is my favorite song from True Power. This video perfectly describes depression. This song is my therapy on my darkest days. Brian makes me feel as if I'm not alone in my feelings. The same way Chester did. It's songs like this one that keep me going. That we need to get us through our times, no one else understands. When we feel hopeless, no one cares, no one loves us, but Brian does, the way Chester did. You guys don't just make music. You comfort us, give us a friend who understands,save lives. Thank you to all the members of I Prevail for making this song.

This song saved me in the darkest moment of my life. Losing a brother in a car accident, and two days later losing my dog that i had loved for 12 years. It got to a point where i felt so miserable that I was calling off of work because i couldn’t sleep or even get through my day without breaking down. Then I Prevail comes and releases this album. Out of all the songs on True Power, this song caught my attention and automatically made me feel better about making peace with something that i could not control. The album name “True Power” even spoke volumes to me. The song and the album both gave me the ability to make peace with it all and show the world what true power really is. I played this song on repeat so many times that i lost count, but i truly feel that it was that musical connection that made me find peace in it all. To anyone struggling with anything in this life, just always remember that the trials we face are a test that life throws at us. And true power is the ability to face it head on and say “I’m still alive and I’m still standing, and no matter what life throws at me, I’m always going to be standing right there in its face, ready to take it on.”

When I interviewed Eric last week, I said that listening to I Prevail was like getting a glimpse at a best friend's diary only you come to realize that you're not alone. Seeing opening scene with Brian writing tugged at my heartstrings. What you're doing is beautiful and powerful. Thank you - more than I can even say. ❤🤘

OK let’s be honest ever since you guys put out trauma every single song that you have his home for me. I owe these last two albums that you, as I Prevail out I owe you my life you guys saved me from the darkest place in my existence twice. I truly would love to meet you guys in person and thank you from the bottom of my heart. Words really can’t express how grateful I am for you guys.

This is probably one of their best songs and one of my favorites of all time period. This song is a masterpiece and I wish it had Millions of views because this band is so dang vital to my healing and recovery journey. They get it like Blue October. Thank you for helping me save myself guys.❤

My son and love this song! But on November 5th, 2023 this song has a whole new meaning to me! I still love this song but now I cry! On November 5th, my wife passed away from fighting cancer, she was only 33. This song hits me so God damn hard now! Still love it but has tremendous meaning to me now more than ever! I feel every word of this song! Thank you for this song!

The consistency of this band is unreal, every song is so unique yet so iconic, it's just perfect.

I Prevail are one of the few bands who actually nails the softer song. This one, Closure or My Heart I Surrender are incredible

i am stuck halfway across the country from my wife right now and have been battling depression and mental health issues for months cuz of it... this song and the song breakdown helped me work past my own thoughts and accept that its only a matter of time until we are reunited. i love this band man, they may have saved my life...
