I like Chester. He usually plays the cocky guy with a sense of humor. Thank you sharing the film with us, CCC

Originally released through RKO-Radio. This is a TV print from the early 1950's.

actually quite a good movie, a lot of familiar faces here. those had to be 2 of the most bumbling cops in the history of filmdom 😂

Just stumbled across this, wasn’t going to watch it when I saw it was a comedy. Actually, there are a few comic parts, neutral this is a great little movie! And kept me guessing, too! Worth trying! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼♥️🙏✝️🕊🕎🙋‍♀️

  • I'm a classic movie buff but I never saw this one before and I think it's because it was an independent production so it wouldn't have been in the usual studio library of films. These were all A-list stars most of whom were under contract to Warners, but some did work for MGM like Chester Morris who had just come off of staring in Norma Shearer's Oscar winning film "The Divorcee'". It is a little puzzling why these calibre of stars were in such a mediocre picture, but it may have had something to do with getting to work with the famous director Ray Enright, but who knows. It was fun entertainment.
  • I love how the cop, Clancy, keeps changing his gun hand from left to right

Love these bottom of the bill grade Z movies. They aren't great, but the actors usually give it their all to entertain.
  • Happy New years to everybody it looks like another great B film 🎥 you're dishing up for posting this. B films Rule.
