  • This is a stupid question to ask over this in particular. It's not the bridges, this ship probably shouldn't have even been in service anymore. This exact cargo vessel was in a similar albeit less lethal accident in the past where it lost power, slammed into a port and caused extensive property damage. If you watch the full video, you can even see the point where the ship loses power like the crew aboard have said. The shipping company 5000% needs to be held responsible, whoever let that ship back into the open water should be questioned heavily if not fired outright.

  • When the final reports are written, it will be clear that Baltimore has policies that will have to be changed. I think this was just another accident waiting to happen. Local pilots need to pilot beyond ALL obstructions.

  • Is the captain of the ship is from India ? I am asking such question because Indian captain are not much efficient. Indian captain are cheaper with poor experienced and lack of knowledge.
