I have to agree with Marie, I think the green room in the attic is my favorite room in the chateau! I always gravitate towards more earth-y tones, and that green wallpaper is gorgeous!

Perhaps weirdly, that little bedroom is one of my favorites in the chateau! The wallpaper is gorgeous and I'd love to see it reproduced. But I also love that its layers of history are right there on the walls.

That green room with the old wallpaper is pretty. It would be wonderful to have a replica of the wallpaper done then put up in that room. I am glad that you are healthy again.

Your clearing binge galvanised me to start on my very crammed garage. It was your advice to do it in easy stages, pick on a spot and be ruthless. Previously I would open the door, stand back, survey the clutter of boxes, sigh, back out and shut the door. I discovered my mother’s crafts, sewing box, watercolour supplies and best of all a quilt she had started. The charity/recycling benefitted. One rule I have is to leave myself enough time to take the charity/recycling on the day of clearing otherwise it sits and slowly becomes clutter, again. Thanks for your enthusiasm 😊

I don’t know what it is about that green room but I love it so much! I wouldn’t even redo the wall paper. It just seems a place I could paint pictures and write stories and get lost in reading a book of fairy tales.

Marie is really a rock star! She manages to do so much and keep a smile on her face. Her dishes are pure art and she works magic with the flowers. A treasure indeed. I'm glad to see she's taking the time for the things that make her happy. She will be ready for a well deserved rest when guest season ends. And she sure did look so pretty in the red dress. Love the kitchen hallway theme so far. Going through old photos of our past is one of the rewards of clearing clutter. Definitely everyone should work on a balanced work/life balance 😍😘
