This must be played at my funeral and my birthday and my wedding and every other day I am alive

Am I the only one in love with her speaking voice as well as her singing voice? She sounds so quiet and polite, like Grace Kelly or Audrey Hepburn. I love her.
  • This seriously sounds like it's her song. Like she wrote this song herself.

I can't believe Lana invented singing
  • I wish she makes someday a whole album of covers, i will buy for sure.
  • What I like about this performance is how raw, subtle and soothing it sounds. Lana doesn't add riffs or any vocal gimmick to boost her voice, she simply delivers it as if she's singing a lullaby alone in a small bar with all the lights turned off. It gives the song a hazy, poignant touch that sounds authentic and oddly warm despite its bitter lyrics.
  • Her voice really gets to my soul. When i hear her singing i feel safe.

It's been 11 years and this is the most iconic cover song ever. Can she remake it for real 😭

I want to share this with everyone at the same time as wanting to sharing it with no one

Elizabeth, heaven is a place on earth with you.

Even though she didn't write these lyrics, you can still tell that she really relates to the lyrics in this song - that Kasabian wrote a song that Lana could really sing and identify with the feelings of the song.
