Belgorod ‘under attack’ as Ukraine advances in Russia

Vladimir Putin has vowed to “kick the enemy out of our territory” in response to Ukraine’s surprise border incursion. The Russian president made the comments in a meeting with top security officials to discuss the fighting inside Russia’s Kursk and Belgorod regions. ”

[T]he defence ministry’s main task is to push, to kick the enemy out of our territory,” Putin said. Ukraine has engaged in the fighting to improve its negotiating position, he added.

The Russian leader also said that the West had ignored a ceasefire proposal over the summer as Ukraine was planning the attack.

    0:58 He pretty much perfectly describes why Ukraine does not want to negotiate. Also the attack on ''nuclear power facilities'' was staged by Russia. They simply threw a lot of tyres into one of the cooling towers, set them on fire, and then claimed Ukraine bombed the plant.

Well, he just brilliantly answered himself and all of the Russian propagandists in the West, including Donald Trump, about the negotiations that they were trying to impose on Ukraine, where they were supposed to trade Ukrainian land for peace.
