A "pre-drywall" inspection is shown on a fiberglass-insulated new home built in Louisville, Kentucky. We show you some of the things that are required to pass an Energy Star Home inspection and what happens if problems arise.

    @ootsam I'm not sure which section you're referring to, as there were several shots of knee walls in the video. By "building paper" I'm assuming you're referring to the Tyvek house wrap, and yes, this should be installed on the exterior side of any wall cavity that does not already have an air-barrier present, such as OSB or foam board.
