  • I cooked for a college football team for a season and it is NOT easy. Them boys big af but are still extremely picky with what they eat. They fired the dude before me cuz the players were just not happy. I remember the first day at work a group of the olinemen were watching me cook thru the window grunting like excited pigs or something.i figured it out tho a lot of them still have very childish taste buds and don't like any of their food to touch or they gotta have their meat cooked to their exact specification. Like they'll all tell you I like this medium, and that means a different one for each of them. Or there's a big dude who's on a macros plan and you gotta trick him to eat vegetables by putting a little cheese on the top of a salad or tacos. It's down right exhausting cuz whatever you're cooking you're cooking A LOT. don't get me started on Louisiana boys who can't explain what they like , you just gotta give them the food and either they freeze and you know they think it's yucky or they proceed to just start crushing that rice and gravy it's LUDICROUS to watch
  • This attracts recruits and also helps the selling of the feeling like family food and the home setting is everything when your away from home

  • Great to see players cooking their own food. Adding more skills for life when football is over, so they dont fall into just eatong fast food and junk food
