I just love it when a company can back their product so much so that their customer service is easy to work with and don't hassle you with a bunch of questions. Long story short: our stroller broke and after reaching out to Mockingbird to explain the issue, they just asked for our order number and address and sent us out a brand new frame the following week. Our experience couldn't have been any easier. I've recommended their stroller before but now you can be sure that you will be taken care of in case anything is wrong with your stroller.

What's up everyone!? So stoked to have you here at the Active Dad community! My name is Jimmy and I have an amazing wife named Meg. We live in Arizona with our son, Brady, that was born in January of 2020. He such a sweet, happy boy and has learned a lot already. We got him a helmet to fix plagiocephaly around 5-1/2 helmets so be sure to follow along with his progress! While I appreciate your video, I disagree with recommending the stroller to others. The same issue happened to our stroller, but the difference is we didn't notice the front axle had issues until it COMPLETELY snapped off while our 5 month old was in the stroller. If she wasn't properly buckled in, she would have gone flying. We never took this stroller off the beaten path. I just walked a lot with her during my maternity leave and my area has some bumpy sidewalks. The good thing was that Mockingbird provided a full refund and asked us to send the stroller back so they could inspect it to find out the issue. The bad thing is that I think this is a fairly common issue with this stroller. The front axle is poorly constructed and is held by several large screws that can easily snap. I ended up using the refunded money to buy a different brand because I do not trust Mockingbird at all.

I was already seriously considering this stroller but your reviews are pushing me even closer. We do plan on traveling regularly since my family lives in another country but they're planning on getting stuff like a stroller over there anyways so I might as well just get a small travel stroller like you have.
