I think this subject isn't talked about enough on motivational channels on YouTube - including my own. My videos are made to motivate and inspire, but the message is not to study 16 hours a day, sleep 2 hours a night, have no social life, and drive yourself to exhaustion.
That's not the point.
LIVE your life. Be happy. You're only young once. But when it IS time to study, then give it everything you have. Push yourself, seek challenges, face your fears, but ALWAYS keep your mental and physical health in check. Health comes first, above everything. And I really mean that - above everything.ļ»æ

I am an A-grade student....but recently I feel lazy and procrastinate my works and studies...my grades started falling down...and I started losing motivation....thanks to you...I actually gained my confidence and motivation back and realised that I can do it and I have to do it.

I ended junior year of high school with a 2.7 overall GPA. I knew I was better than that and refused to let that define me. I worked my butt off, got a 32 on my ACT and 4.0 my senior year, getting waitlisted (and accepted) at my top choice program. I proceeded to graduate college with all-honors and am now in my first year of MD medical school. Itās never too late to turn things around.
