How to put borders and title blocks on Sketchup drawings without LayOut.

drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B5BOTsSvvDyNfk5zS0… The files were created with PaintshopPro, but any graphic editor could have been used to create them including some of the free ones. I added the .PNG files because that allowed the background to be transparent which might allow borders to be applied using this technique in some situations where the jpeg files wouldn't work.
