Haha so true, my pvp expirence this weekend: Let me use this awesome lantern shield with war hammer closequater champ, got stat checked by dagger fighter How about battle axe cool weapon, got hit by rupture like 5 times Most succes i had with halberd and just using cheapest epic dex gear but then i died to a wizards reflection passive leaving him with 10hp I used anything slower i was stat checked by ms barbs The amount of brain cells you need to produce to make anything work on fighter is astounding Surprisingly i didn't see any cleric

I have not played this game in awhile and seeing 1800 gold kit being called budget is crazy, gold inflation must be crazy now. Back in my day 50g was a budget kit

The removing of clothing mid chase is one of the worst things in the game. Removing armor should take much longer and should lock you in place

maybe the spear-block can be used against the heavy slow-swinging weapons like bardich. Maybe put up the block just long enough to to turn a hit into an arm-shot against 70% PDR then sneak in a hit of your own. Repeat this and win the trade. I don't know if spear is actually fast enough to do this.

I won 13k g kit cleric by me a pdr fighter 3k g kit just by using my shield to block smite attack and second winding and just fully out playing him so blocking is underrated (this was 15 mins ago btw)

spear block is very unique and interesting to me, it makes a lot of pve a breeze, good example being skeleton axemen. i dont have super extensive usage with it in pvp, but it has a deceptively large hitbox i think, id only really use it for big slow weapons or for side swinging weapons. also i really like the quarterstaff block lol its fun
