Time is money and the deal needs to make cents. Richard did the right thing he put into account all the expenses so the price of the purchase needs to come down a little to offset what it's going to cost to get all that stuff back to Dallas. You got to know when to walk away and you did the right thing in the end. πΊπΈ

I wonder what the Model A patents are worth? If Richard bought the land too he could hire someone locally to sell it all over a year to max the value. Make the house a B&B while he waits to sell it. This might be a way to get a deal doneβ¦if he buys it all right.
