I don't do drugs, or alcohol. I'm living in my vehicle for 12 years because my disability and age. Nobody offered me a place, not even when i returned from the hospital with a knee replacement. Had to heal in my van without water to clean and in xtreme summer heat.

I spent 4 years as a homeless junkie on the streets of LA. Got clean in 2016, and left the state. Fortunately I escaped before fentanyl exploded. Now married with a great job, and a good life. Everyday I think of the friends I left behind that are dying in those streets.
