This is one of my favourite Sabbath tracks. Like Tony Martin, but Gillen kills it on this album.

This is one bad ass song. IMO it is up there with "Letters From Earth" and "Children of the Sea". R.I.P. Ray Gillen, your talent will live on in eternity.
  • Holy crap; that man could sing. A great loss to rock music that we didn't get to hear more from this man.

one of the darkest songs any lineup of Sabbath ever recorded.
  • @jessetolliver
One of the darkest, heaviest songs written by Tony.

I CANNOT get enough of this song!! I listen to this fine tune at least 5 times a week! From now on I am going to hit the "like" button every time I listen to it. Thank you so much for posting it!!! Happy New Year!!

such an underated album...riff after riff after riff as good as any hes done

Tony Martin and Ray Gillen sound eerily alike in this album.. that's a good thing, both singers are spectacular

Even better than Tony Martin, who did an awesome job in this song. I just can't believe what I'm hearing.
  • Two versions of one of the most incredible songs in the history of Black Sabbath if not heavy metal itself. If you wanted to send one song to somebody and say "this is heavy metal" this would be the it. Loud, creepy, sinister, a monster riff with impassioned vocals. Wow impressive! Turn it up and scare your neighbors.

Gillen was a great vocalist, R.I.P Ray.

What a voice, This version is amazing.
  • I love this album, both the Martin and Gillen versions. One of Sabbath's best, that grows on me more and more every time I listen to it. Damned shame it's so underrated.
  • @pauloraduarte
my goodness...this vocalist and this music is so powerful...incredible that it not so popular like the others from sabbath...

This is sick good! Holy H*ll! This has always been one of my favs and how hearing it with Ray is just awesome. I always though Tony Martin was WAY underappreciated too. This is just freakin great! WOW!

This was Ray's album through and through. It's a shame that it was damn near 20 years after his passing before it was released in any official capacity.
