Simon is blunt and brutal, but he is honest. I remember when JHud went out at number 7 in Idol. Was like HOWWW!?!?!? But honestly, I think not winning idol did her good. She is bigger than most of the winners now.

Dare I say it, but J. Hud is more successful than the other 6 singers that made it further than her on AI! She’s an EGOT winner, sold millions of records worldwide, and now she’s got her own talk show! She’s living proof that you don’t have to win on these talent shows to make it big in the music industry!

I'm so proud of Jennifer...she left American Idol and became more famous than the show! The singing at the end of the show made me cry

I truly believe that Simon having a child of his own really softened his heart! He became more caring, sympathetic, and has more empathy towards others! I've watched other episodes of American idol since Jennifer Hudson,and you can see the difference in the way he judges ! He's still Simon, but with a much more Beautiful heart.

I appreciate Jennifer’s attitude. Simon has a terrible way of saying things but not everything he said was wrong, and I believe she became a better performer in part because of him.
