A heated confrontation between a homeowner and a family of beachgoers in Laguna Beach, California, is going viral on social media.

A video shared last week on TikTok by Rosie Garcia (@rosiecheeks_irl) shows an angry woman berating Garcia and her children, whom she accused of crossing onto her property at Victoria Beach in the upscale SoCal community.

KTLA's Mary Beth McDade reports on July 25, 2024.

This is like buying a place in Hollywood and complaining about the noise, the traffic and all tourists.
  • The women isn't upset over her property line. Shes upset because she has money and shes still not happy.

The worst thing about this incident is the poor kid didn’t know what’s was going on

Wait until drunk kids hear about this story; they’re going to run her crazy!

Now invite 200 friends to that beach for a party
  • It's time to hire Mariachi and the Taco man and head over to that beach to have a great time!

If you buy beach front property and dont expect random people on the beach, you have never been to a beach.

Now she’s going to get way more people to visit her

See folks, being a homeowner doesnt mean you'll be happy

I'm going to buy a house next to a public beach, and get upset when the public shows up!
  • That’s messed up. Suddenly I want to go to Victoria Beach

Even if it was her property, that's no way to ask people to get off your property, especially since they had no way of knowing. You catch less flies with vinegar than with honey.
  • The child on the video looked scared. She was told her behavior was unacceptable? This is a lunatic unhinged Karen and clearly a threat. Hope they sue.
  • That woman needs to leave the beach. Everything below the mean-high tide line is public property.

If you dont like people, dont buy a house at the beach 🤷‍♂️
