How to Fix a Bulging Disc in Your Lower Back | RELIEF IN SECONDS!

Published 2019-08-01
Dr. Rowe goes over how to fix a bulging disc in your lower back with AT-HOME spinal decompression exercises that give relief in seconds!

In this video, 3 spinal decompression exercises are shown to help lower spinal disc pressure and give relief.

A bulging disc is one of the main causes of a pinched nerve in the lower back. Symptoms generally include sharp, shooting sciatica pains into the buttocks, leg, and feet.

The way to fix a herniated disc is to reduce the pressure within the spinal discs... or simply decompress the disc.

That way bulging material is brought back into the spinal disc, and off the pinched nerve, allowing you to heal and have less pain.

Watch now and take one step towards better health!

Finally getting a simple explanation for my pain that many doctors haven’t been able to do for years...

That 1st exercise saved my life. I had a football injury in high school where i fell on my bottom and fractured my tailbone. Needless to say, I've been having back problems since. Today, I'm a mail courier for USPS and I do my stretches, excercises, and see a chiropractor pretty regularly. I hope all of you are finding the relief you need.

I was in pain for 2 months. After doing your exercises I cannot believe how much better I am feeling. When doing the third exercise I nearly cried because my lower back felt so relieved. I started doing exercises yesterday and today was the first day in 2 months when I didnt have to use hot water bottle for pain. Thank you so much. ❤
  • I been doing several ones without relief. And the last exercise you gave with bending over the chair instantly relieved the very sharp pain I been having for 2 days. It made me cry from the relief. Thank you.

This is 2nd set of your instructions that I follow and I cannot express my gratitude... Very helpful and effective. Thank you doctor!
  • I was rear ended in a car accident in February and have bulging disk pinching a nerve as a result. I had been in soooo much pain; even did a steroid injection with little relief. I ran across your videos and have been doing the exercises; especially on the arm of the couch and I have had so much relief that I haven't gotten since this happened. Thank you so much. You are so appreciated! 💛

  • Thank you for explaining centralization. I’ve watched many videos about this and you’re the first to tell me why my pain was “moving”. Relieved to know these are working!

Honestly learnt more from YouTube videos about disc's than the last 6 months of doctors and hospitals visit. Felt relief after doing the first exercise. Amazing.

I just now performed the stretch @ 3:30 here at work. Just one stretch for 15 seconds. I can’t believe how much better I’m feeling. The discomfort is still there, however that amount of relief is incredible. And it was just that one 15 second stretch! I’ll keep at it! Thank you, Sir!!
