WONDER WOMAN 1984 Clip - "Highway Fight" (2020)

I didn't think it was possible to make such a high budget film look so shit. But here we are.

You know the worst thing about this running is that at any other point in the movie she runs normally

In Batman vs Superman, the cinematography of her fight with doomsday did Wonder Woman's character the most justice.

For those who don't know the context, Diana used a magical artifact that grants wishes. She wished to bring back Steve, which is why Steve was brought back in this movie. Unfortunately, the artifact will take away something very precious in exchange for your wish. It is slowly but surely taking away Diana's godhood -- her powers, explaining why she's significantly weakened. Maxwell Lord (played by Pedro Pascal) wished himself to become the "wish-granting stone", so he can grant wishes to anyone. This is the reason Diana is after him.

I like how Wonder Woman slams into the kids at the speed of a missile and then proceeds to fall and roll on the road and the kids are still completely unaffected

Whoever designed this fight sequence needs a refresher course in film making. Just awful.

Wow, that was definitely 80's special effects for sure.

I didn't see the movie but this scene automatically makes me think of Bollywood movies type of action. We just need the banana gun and the sliding horse and there you have it.

This scene is like how 'deleted scenes' looks like

When Lucian was running super fast in "Underworld," it looked real. And that movie came out in 2003. How did special effects get so bad?

The first one was written and directed awesomely... This one the director decided to be the writer and your is what we got..💯🤷🤦
