Swear by this method I’ve had a few cold sores the last few months and I get rid of them in no longer than 2 days - Hot (not boiling) but hot tea bag’s sit them on the sore for 2/3 mins 3 or 4 times through the day. Ice - after the warmth of the tea bag place Ice on the sore again 2/3 minutes around 3 / 4 times a day Cream - apply cream ( I use blistex) every hour to the sore use quite a large amount Keep lips moisturised - I use coconut oil or carmex Honestly 2 days max and it’s gone🤩🤩

I never would have thought of an ice cube or pack will keep that in mind I have been using apple cider vinegar with the mother and it stops it in it's tracks as well

I get something similar to this but looks like a whole bunch of little pimples. They go away and come back. I can pop it. I went to a dermatologist and he took a sample and sent it to the lab and told me it was bacteria, not hsv1. I can't get rid of it though. It goes away for a bit and comes back.
