To protect other people when you have cold sores, don’t kiss anyone. Don’t share forks, knives, spoons, glasses, towels, lip balm or razors. Remember that any close contact with the infected area can be transmitted to another person - 🦷🦷 DR. LISA GERMAIN 🦷🦷 (sending full support) 😍

Ice stops cold sores in its tracks, as soon as you feel it or see it put an ice cube directly on the spot. I do it as often as I can throughout the day. Ice on ice off, repeat. It’ll bring the swelling down and prevent more Blisters forming. Follow that with apple cider vinegar on a Q tip and dab it on the sore. Hope this helps everyone

Struggled with Cold Sores my whole life and tried everything. I would get 3-4 a year. I'm now 12 months without one taking a Lysine tablet once every day and using lip balm religiously.
