Defendant Trump should be held accountable and SOON. All this going around in circles instead of just getting on with it spells doom for the prosecution. Why let Trump run rings around the legal system to his own benefit? He shouldn't have special treatment. It's clear he has no regard for due process and no respect for the law.

Presidents are not allowed to interfere with the election process, trump should have known that and he had the ability to know that. Calling to change an outcome of an election by a president is illegal. There are processes to challenges election outcome, this was not that.
