  • Filipinos are a fusion of all the human races. They're known for being hard-working, friendly, resilient, down-to-earth, adaptable, creative artists, smart, and good-looking. I think Filipinos are the friendliest people on Earth.

It's sad that Bruno's Mom died in 2013. Just 2 years after this video was filmed. But still she was able to visit the land of her birth and witness the immense popularity and success of his son around the world.

It would have been amazing if Bruno brought his mom on stage and let her sing a little bit, I think that would have been a great way for him to honor her 🙏🏽 RIP Bernadette Rodríguez
  • Bruno Mars, Nicole Scherzinger, Enrique Iglesias, Vanessa Hudgens, Jessica Sanchez, Apl dAp, H.E.R., Olivia Rodrigo, etc. further proves that the Philippines is a well of global singing talent.

I love the Philippines. I retired here almost 4 years ago. Very friendly people. Always smiling and happy.

Seeing this video is a bitter sweet memory, if only Bruno's mom have lived to this day and have witnessed that Bruno once again sold out concert in the Philippines and not just one day but 2 days! She would be very proud 😭❤

The uncle that says he taught Bruno the Elvis moves is the one I would say Bruno is most like.  The way they talk and move their face and use their hands is the same.  CRAZY DNA!

Now, I realized why Bruno is a very successful musician! He has good and very solid family foundation, and very sociable and musically inclined family. You all are an inspiration to us Filipinos abroad! Regards to Bruno; I wish him more success in his music career! God bless your family! I work as a nurse in Germany and play guitar as a hobby!

I love the Philippines! I've visited twice now and the people are so friendly and down to earth. Nothing gets them down and they continue to smile, even through tragedy. They were so friendly too, always striking up conversations when walking down the street. They definitely see the silver lining in everything. I wish their government would do more for the people in need though. They love their Karaoke, that's for sure, I heard many people belting ballads.
