Let’s not forget. We have 3 starters on the o line who have started for their respective team the last 3 years. And the other 2 are second year starters. They are very experienced on the o line. With chip kellys run scheme they will take a major step forward this year

I’m a die hard buckeye fan. They are talented every year. They gotta play and go take it. Period
  • They have a #1 or #2 talent but you have to show it on the field. Oline could be an issue and with hopefully better QB play this team has everything they need to be special. Spending NIL in the right places instead of on unproven HS players is a good call. Go Bucks!

That defense is ridiculous. They have maybe 9 draft picks in the first 3 rounds.

My brother and I are possibly the biggest Bama fans you’d imagine, follow recruiting to the T, and well both salivate over the ungodly amount of talent at the Ohio state university. My god
  • Money buys a lot of pre-season happiness for Ohio State fans.

Like WVU was picked to be 14th out of 14 last year. Not saying they had a stellar season, but still. Interested on your thoughts about them for this year? That schedule. Very interesting.
  • The Defensive Backs played really well at Ohio State last season but thinking what if they have that same DB play but allowing the pass rush loose and get after the opposing QB. The run defense was alright last season would like to see them keep teams under 100 yards rushing this season.  The offense loaded at Running Back and Wide Receiver but I hope with a more experienced O-Line I'm hoping they are better as a unit this year compared to last with less experience. I also wonder how the Quarterback position will be this season. It will most likely be QB Will Howard who transferred in from K-State because of how much experience he has under his belt and don't forget his height and weight are close to Josh Allen. I think with the addition of Chip Kelly as our Offensive Coordinator will be huge for this offense in 2024 because how great he is as an offensive coach.

Every year is unrealistically "Natty or bust" for Ohio State fans, but this year just feels different from any other and I'm 40.. it's hard to win a Natty, but the pressure and expectations this season is what it is.. OL and QB are the unknowns.. we'll see what happens!

I’m not worried about offensive line or the QB. Howard is mobile and Ryan day isn’t calling the plays. Two offensive linemen are in the top 25 in the country for linemen and none of them are new. The huge question is can everyone mesh well and play together? We will see, it’ll be the biggest waste ever in Ohio state history if not.

The WVU PSU game should have been a night game in Morgantown. It's a crime it's not lol!!!!!!

In my opinion, the offensive line is tied with the QB in college football as the biggest reasons a team will succeed or not. If that’s Ohio St’s biggest concern then all this hype is definitely going to be unwarranted
  • @Wesmancan
They are. Or at least 2. Gotta give ga some respect
  • @kjkegari
Yes they have the most talented roster in the country.
  • @JuwwnDunbar
The defending champs Michigan football is #1 team in college football heading into next season

I’m a Buckeye fan, but despite how loaded our roster is, I’m still worried about QB and OL. If we are good at both, we’ll have an awesome season. If not, we’ll lose to Oregon at least.
  • @OSU2010
I got UGA and OSU in Natty blood bath
  • @GoDawgs2212
Well what do you expect both of those coaches to say, they’re not going to say something negative.
