And I thought my house had issues. Oddly this makes me feel better about my house knowing this one is still standing. Good to see an inspection done on a home with more major issues.

Awesome job! I'd love to see more like this

Great inspection video, thank you and keep them coming. I always learn something new. We don't see to many boilers in south Florida, but it good to know.

Awesome Ben great inspection and entertaining. Sad the homeowner let things get so bad. Would love to see you inspect a nice mini-mansion sometime. Thank you

It’s great to see some of the “regional” inspections. Roofing types, electrical panel locations and many other concerns vary greatly. I’d love to see more of these

Great intructional video Mr. Gromicko, for newest and veterants inspector, and home owners. thank you please keep posting more videos like this, any advice in the way how the HI should approach his/her customer regsrding the findings? I shure the seller will hate all this "findings" in the writing summary report.

Ben, you da man!

Thanks Ben. Probably at one time this was a pretty cool house. But the kids grew up and moved out and the parents stayed. They couldn’t keep up with all of the maintenance needed. I think I’d feel bad to go through this house and point out all these major defects. Makes the house virtually worthless because who wants to buy that and fix it up? Kinda sad.

Worth it's weight in gold!

Would warped siding like that always be an indication of moisture issues? I am seeing it more and more often in my area but in the center of the wall not near any penetrations.
