    My favourite episodes. Always love these. Got to say i REALLY hope they dont just become income streams for you all, filled with sponsored items - everything wholesome always tends to get hijacked by marketers, and businesses will definitely target these kind of episodes, would be so sad if this is the case here. Yusef's Red Light recommendation for example, ive looked into these before and everyone talking about them always had promo codes, so how can you trust them, when effectively theyre profiting from each unit they get someone to buy? So theyre effectively salesman for the company? Please please dont sell out guys. I still trust you. 🙏🏼
  • Listening to Jonny talk about his training and not wanting feel like he's been run over by a bus after he trains, really points towards the need for Chiropractic care. I've just been to the Chiro and found out that my body is basically stuck in 3rd gear but I'm always trying to drive at 100 mph because of how compressed and how wound up I am from training. Highly recommend.
