Either filter (easy fix) or Refrigerant Leak (usually means you need a whole new AC system).

Disconnect the blower motor put it in heat mode and get a heat gun and your welcome, now to tell the customer is to change air filter quality to lower merv rating and make sure their dampers arent stuck closed or quarterly open

Go to your thermostat and turn the ac off but turn on your fan to get warm air blowing across the coil to melt the ice. Check your filter more than likely your filter is dirty and clogged and caused the system to freeze if that’s not the case call a professional to come check it out So they can check the charge and see what’s going on.
