  • I know that location is everything, but I didn't think any of the apartments were worth their price tags. One interesting thing I noticed when living in London is that no matter how luxurious and expensive the houses were, the outside space is never anything more than a very tiny backyard where you couldn't swing a cat.

The first apartment definitely feels more like a house. Absolutely stunning. I'd live there, just the small problem of £7.5 million 🤣

The first apartment is my favourite central London home I've seen anywhere! An amazing space with plenty of light, room and privacy. Plus the tree in the central courtyard and the plants on the terrace were perfect.

The first one didn't even feel like an apartment. It felt like a full house. The rest of them are also good. Even the studio is spacious.
  • If i had the money I’d buy the whole thing. And turn it into a huge family home.

Finally, you have done a tour of a home where the interior design is done tastefully.
  • @peeandre9481
by far the place with the best interior design you guys have shared

I liked apt. 4 and the only thing I would do different is switch the dining room with the living room connected to the kitchen. It makes more sense to have the dining room table near the kitchen area and keep the living room in it's own separate space.

Aww you 2 😘 ‘what gets better with age’ Matt asks. ‘You’ said Summer 😘 Gorgeous apartments, I love these ♥️xx
  • Love it when Matt says "this would be the perfect place to have as your central London pad, as well as a few other places dotted around the world"! A few more places around the world, waus, I would be happy with just this one. My favorite is definitely Flat 1 it's absolutely amazing and I agree with Summer the interior is perfect!!!

Wow! These scream luxury to me. Normally i’m not a fan of apartments but these look amazing. Like Summer said they been made to feel homely too.
  • I have to say apartment 1 was my favourite, it had the feeling of a home, but my second fav was number 4 as it had the separate dining room. I really cannot imagine someone living in the whole of this house even if it has been extended, which looks seamless. Great tour guys. 👍
  • Not a fan of the lights with the cables hanging. The house is beautiful, though.
  • @joshua8725
that second apartment😍the first and second are my favourites, they are so cosy and have a nice feel, i don’t really like the ones higher up but they are still beautiful.

Sherlock Holmes' actual solicitor. That's comedy gold Matt. 😂
  • @pt31
Out of all the many videos i've watched on your channel the interior design/decor of this building is by far my favourite! Very nicely done!

That first home is definitely my inspiration for my future Condo Renovation. "Make it feel like this", because that space is definitely so much more than a look, you FEEL the space... Superbly done...
