How to Practice Mindfulness Everyday

Publicado 2024-05-22
When you practice mindfulness, it eventually becomes part of your everyday life. I used to constantly be worried about the future and at other times, stuck in the past. I’ve not only become more aware of this since I’ve been writing haiku, I’m much more relaxed and less worried, even through these challenging times. I have even bounced back from my “woe is me” feelings last week. Be inspired by the haiku this week.

  • Thank you, Anne. I totally resonated with the clarity and purity of your message and loved the other-worldliness of your Haiku! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 I'm also still thinking of the one you did on Cherry Blossom Season. It was such a powerful metaphor for me. That was one of my favorites!
