    Hey, fun challenge. If you ever want to try again, you may want to change your loadout. i sincerely believe that using the breaker incendiary, flamethrower, shield generator backpack, and the extra stim medium armor would make your quest 1000x easier. More fire = fewer bugs can reach you. Shield generator = the bugs who do reach you, can't hit you. Extra stims = the bugs who manage to break your shield can't finish you. Flamethrower is great at dealing with bug breaches, chargers, hive guards, and general swarms of enemies. Breaker Incendiary is exceptionally good at dealing with general swarms, and is pretty damn good against stalkers. The fire makes you a killing machine. The shield and stims make you untouchable. I also like orbital laser/railcannon (laser on lower difficulty, railcannon for high burst on bile titans) and eagle airstrike because they get very consistent value.

    I always love whenever stalkers 5 hit combo you to hell, meanwhile I see my teammates get tapped by their tongue and the stalker just decides to bail.
  • And now try it on bots lol. Some tips for the bugs though. Don't solo with a rover. The jetpack was a good choice. ALWAYS have something that can stun in case of Stalkers, especially when going solo. So punisher, autocannon, dominator, grenade launcher (bit too inconsistent for my liking) Use stealth more. Bug patrol? Just lay down and stay still. Unless they're within a few feet, they won't notice you. Especially do this with hunter patrols. Those motherfuckers are dangerous.

    i know this might not be fun, but you can do this challenge fairly easy switching to the scout armor which reduces detection range by 30% , combine that with going prone and do missions at night, surprisingly enemy detection is reduced at night , all these in combination reduces enemy detection range down to 25m standing , 17m crouching and 10m while prone , which means you literally have to be up their asses for them to notice you. Except stalkers which will automatically and always know where you are no matter what

    If you want to play against bugs on high difficulty you have few options for the weapons spear, autocannon, flame thrower. Spear is great at clearing bile titans and chargers shrieker nests. Autocannon is great only if you fully clear map as it kills chargers, guardians and destroys nests and shrieker nests. Flame thrower can kill anything, has huge area of effect against small enemies and low time to kill, downside is friendly fire thats why people use shield backpack to get rid of shaking when taking damage to not put the ground under them on fire, but still this is the top tier by far as even if you don't use the shield backpack you can use a different one which the other two weapons don't have and for the love of god dive when you are on fire, it will put out the flame. When it comes to strategems use the orbital gas strike, 500kg, orbital railcannon and eagle strike. Gas strike is the top tier strategem beacuse it gets rid of 80% of bugs on breach, as soon as you throw it on breach it will last for about 80% of the breach spawning time causing almost all bugs to die and has a short cooldown, downside is that sometimes it is not accurate when target is behind hills, another downside is friendly fire, I'm pretty sure that if you get hit by gas you stim or you die. 500kg can one hit bile titans, you need to ready the strategem, bait the bile titan to perform attack by coming close to it and throw the strategem under it, I highly recommend getting additional use upgrade for this strategem as well as do not use two eagle strategems in one loadout as managing the cooldown is very annoying and a waste of time. Rail cannon kills normal chargers with one hit no matter where it hits, not sure about the bigger chargers and deals huge damage to the bile titans and can one hit it if it hits the head. Eagle strike should be used if you do not use 500kg and is really good at clearing nests and can be used the same way as 500kg but has higher friendly fire potential. For the secondary I highly recommend the uzi pistol as it's great for getting out of close combat against hunters and stalkers, just make sure to switch to first person mode for this one as it has high recoil, it can also kill a stalker with one mag if you aim at the head.

    Solo'ing bugs at a high level with a sickle and a grenade launcher is an absolutely wild choice. Try breaker incendiary, flamethrower (quasar and EATs were also decent but the new chargers made them not sogood), eagle 500, eagle napalm or cluster, energy shield, grenade pistol, stun grenades
