She's most definitely on some sort of protected youtuber list. What she did was quite literally a crime in the state where it occured, and all youtube is doing is victim-blaming Jack.

I remember hating Sniperwolf back in the day when she was attacking every other Female YouTuber claiming that they're all ugly with "plastic surgery." When in reality, she's 80% plastic at this point.

I never watched Jack back in the day- but his parody videos showed up in my feed one day and I instantly got hooked. Even joined in on some live games. I still can’t believe the utter lack of any sort of discipline for Alia from YouTube

Its still insane, right now, she's still up and uploading on youtube, nothing happened other than getting a bunch of dislikes every time she uploads, she committed an actual crime, and youtube did nothing because it gets them money still.
