The way she's weaved younger Jade in her storytelling...truly a masterpiece.
  • @jade_official
Thank you so so much to everyone involved in this masterpiece of a video. I can't believe its finally out there for you all to see! I'm so grateful to everyone watching, all of my existing fans for your loyalty, patience and support. And to the new fans - welcome to my world. Let's do something crazy!!!!
  • @LonelySandwich
Not the big guy representing Simon. I can't with her, this is so good!

I've never seen another mv that explains so beautifully the ungratefulness of the music industry. It takes courage to do this especially with a debut song... Jade's songwriting, vocals, song making and acting are truly flawless. Thank you so much Jade, for creating such an experimental, different but at the same time song that we won't get bored of listening to!
  • @RoseJHibbard
the most unique debut single among the three girls, for real.

it’s the way younger jade looks like she’s actually singing the lyrics it’s a cinematic masterpiece
  • @giorgoStar
Finally old school drop-pop; no boundaries in creativity, an addictive bass-beat, sweet melodies and an artist that showcases but also wants to take you with them. Loved the references and the symbolisms. Finally something more than just background music in a clothes store.

That Syco reference tho… I love this song Jade, it’s such a shift in the music we have at the moment - gives people a glimpse into what it’s like on your side that we don’t see

the music video alone speaks volume— her love/hate relationship with the music industry as well as the sh*t she’s gone through is amazingly portrayed. hands down. ONE OF THE BEST DEBUT.
  • HOW MANY INTERNATIONAL FANS ARE HERE SUPPORTING OUR BEAUTIFUL JADE ?❤️‍🔥 🌸
  • I am not surprised Jade has my favorite solo track yet. She is a star and not afraid to take risks, I really hope people dont sleep on her from now on.
  • @bigdreamer7
It’s official. They’re all solo artists now and I’m proud of them 🥲
  • In Jade’s own words: “I want people to be like 'oh my god, I didn't expect that' - but then want to listen again. I didn't want to do a safe first single, that was really important to me. I'm setting the tone of who I am as an artist on my own.”
  • I love how JADE isn't afraid to take risks! A true popstar in the making! 👌😍

What a dark horse Jade is. By far the most unique and daring single from a little mix member. And shes fully committed to the song, the video and concept. Bravo Jade. Whats that saying? Oh yeah... "she ate that" .
  • @ameliaaa2745
3:14 the “it’s so bittersweet part” sang in the sweetest softest second voice and conjointly showing the video of Jade in XFACTOR. you can hear and see how innocent that part was. so touching. that part is just... pure
  • @wehttam8265
The symbolism of each “Jade” replacing the last representing how fickle the pop world is and how quickly people move on to the next big thing.. yet through it all, Jade can’t help but still love the industry despite how cruel it is. The symbolism of each “Jade” losing their control and autonomy when signing the “deal with the devil” and the pain in their eyes… this is the perfect visual metaphor for being catapulted in to X Factor levels of fame. Bravo, Jade!

Having the "Puppet On A String" sample at the beginning is genius. Sets the tone perfectly.
