Thanks Twan. I shadowed today and have my driving test on Fri or Monday and they were making it sound really hard. I needed this!

I'm a city carrier and DSI (Driving Safety Instructor). Im a certified instructor for Texas also. Only had one failure in 8 years,as an instructor. Dude, could not back up without a back-up camera.
  • I'm currently on the offer phase ext list. It makes me feel so anxious but at the same time, I'm staying patient and utilizing my time preparing for what's next. Initially I chose the PSE Mail processing clerk position. But ultimately, I went for CCA. Being that I'm an introvert, this position suits me best and I'm just excited about the whole process. I think it'll help to appreciate the position more. Stay blessed 🙌

Like most newbies that have a driver license, I'm nervous, but I know I got this because I've been driving for a number of years. The classroom course for me was just noting the stuff I didnt know about and studying that. Then checking the internet for source material.

The LLV is equivalent to a Chevy S10. Same chassis

I start my RCA orientation May 9th. Looking forward to driving those LLVs and making it happen.
  • Question; I finished the academy as an RCA, did the LLV training and I know I'm certified on that, but we ( my class ) are confused if we're also certified with the Metris. Since all we did was hop on it and play with the controls, but we're being told that was it.

I got hired as an RCA and I’m requested to use my own car so do they test to see if you can drive your own car on the right side because my car is kinda difficult to drive on the right side of my own car ?
  • @alanaoriley
I’m so nervous because my state doesn’t require parallel parking so I never learned. And backing up without the camera I never tried 😭 I do use my mirrors but I also take advantage of the backup camera to be sure.
