Dear Sadguru, I was very healthy and creative in my sacral chakra. Then a psychic twisted all of my insides. I was intune with my self. But now feel distant and numb, dissociated with a kind of empty space in which I felt joy of expression. I was very fluent with a natural flow that was energetic and vibrant.
