Currently, there is no cure for tinnitus. However, Sound Therapy is one of the most effective ways to reduce your perception of tinnitus and to relieve some stress. Recently on a trip to the West Fork trail in Oak Creek Canyon, I noticed my tinnitus go away completely when listening to the stream of water passing over the rocks. The moment was so gratifying, I decided to record it for this video so you could experience the same relief!

I am not a fan of having tinnitus at all, but I have to thank God that I still have the ability to see, hear, walk and talk. What ever our circumstances are they could be much worse.

we’re in this together. Update: I’m not nearly as deaf as I was, in a way it improved. The noise is still there, late last year I got into some supplements that did little to nothing for a couple days…. I don’t advise it. All of you know exactly how it feels to be just as desperate and hopeless about this condition as I do sometimes so I’m not gonna go too deep into it but what I do have to say is don’t give up, NO MATTER WHAT. When I first noticed my tinnitus I was a sophomore and I high school and just started getting deep into Heavy Metal and Listening on a Daily basis at high volumes,I I wouldn’t say that alone caused my issues but it definitely didn’t help. There’s been countless time I wanted to end it all just because I know it would help me escape the hell of tinnitus, it can truly leave you hope less and depressed, make you want to avoid conversing with even your loved ones because you cant hear them trust me I’ve been there, it’ll get better but only time will tell.

my right ear have been buzzing for 15 years now, only getting worse and worse. some days it's just unbearable, but to know that you're far from alone in this, gives a small comfort. Stay strong people, some day there will be a cure for this! <3

My tinnitus sounds like when there has been an explosion in a movie and the dust is everywhere and the guy is looking around and just hears that ooooooooooooooooooooooo sound. If you have ever been flash banged in COD you'll know what I mean.
  • Last month I have a tinnitus, which makes me worried about my future and self, this ringing brought me anxiety. Later then I ask God to help me out, I read Bible and the driven life purpose book that helped me a lot to connect with God finding my true purpose. After days and weeks that has passed I learned to don't be bothered by this ringings and live my life according to God's purpose....And yesterday a miracle happened, God granted my prayers He allowed my tinnitus to heal, like I can't explain how it happened, like just suddenly! And for that I am very thankful to God, not just for healing my tinnitus but also for transforming me into a new person. God is so good, He just need to see our faith, He works in disguise, things are not always impromptu, God needs our patience.

Had it for over 11 years now. For me, tinnitus is like seasons, it changes and fluctuates sounds and volumes and has different flavors of sound. All I can say is some days are worse, some days are better. On the bad days, I always tell myself it's going to get better, just to hang on. And so far, it always has. Like waves, it will come and go. Just stay strong through the bad days. Better days will come.

Please be encouraged . I suffer badly with this too and have done for the past 7 years . It helps to know that in time the brain can become habituated to the sound . Especially if it is recognised as something that can not physically harm you . Some days are better than others and tiredness seems to bring it on . God bless you all don’t give up hope it will get better .
  • I never knew what relief from this constant ringing felt like until I placed my headphones on and listened to this 😮. 24/7 nonstop ringing can really make you feel like your going insane. Thank you for letting me know I am ok…if just for today and this beautiful sound ❤
  • To All the people out there trying to cope with it remember this too shall pass Ik it's hard sometimes and leads to panic attacks .It just leads to tiredness ,dizziness and simply a digusted feel . My tinnitus remained for over a month . It was due to earwax formation in front of eardrum .After consulting the doctor ,and getting ear vaccum cleaned it disappeared . It just felt like a dream come true . NEVER EVER TAKE SILENCE FOR GRANTED. You all are doing amazing and you all deserve world. Just never give up on youself

I miss silence, I used to love being in the classroom while everyone was completely silent, working, and focused and now I just hear "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" at those times lmao
  • My ears usually only ring when it’s completely silent in the room, so I sleep with a diffuser that makes white noise by itself. I do recommend

Virtual hugs for all the brave people fighting here. Believe me, I know what you're going through and how terrible it is. I have it for past few months and it has taken a very bad toll on me. Then I saw people suffering from it for so many years and yet they are facing it bravely. We all are strong and we all will triumph. No sound or silence can take our happiness from us. I wish there was a way to cure this or at least to control. But until then, we won't give up! Take care xx
